Leave it to Belgium, the HQ of the European Union, to produce a well-crafted adult chat site where the hosts are mostly multilingual. Must be that heavy Dutch element; there’s no European culture that’s as progressive as the Dutch when it comes to adult entertainment in all its many forms. Cams2Enjoy is well-named, in that it presents hundreds of sexy chat hosts for you to enjoy, whatever your sexual orientation — and most of them are just a tad more explicit in their presentation than you get from most sites. Here’s what it looks like, and notice all the li’l black stars:

That Fateful Question

You guys know I love you, right? Not in a gay, let’s-take-long-steamy-showers-together kind of way, but more in a manly let’s-drink-a-lot-of-beer-together way. Now that this is established, allow me to give you the terrible news in a gentle roundabout fashion.

You know how my mission is to find you free teaser chat and video, and how I scour the Internet looking for it, exposing myself to the horrors of the electronic underworld so you don’t have to? And you know how there are some sites that have seemingly limitless free teaser chat and other features that are designed to reduce you to a puddle of delight without emptying your wallet — sites like Flirt4Free and, to a lesser extent, PrivateFeeds and SecretFriends? Well, I’m here to tell you that Cams2Enjoy doesn’t have that. Nope. I know it’s hard to contain your disappointment, being a miser after my own heart as you probably are, but it’s true. That’s the most tragic feature of this site: the fact that you get nothing at all upfront.

So: negatory on the classic question around which this site is built. There’s no free teaser chat at Cams2Enjoy at all. However, life’s not all bad, as the site does have a number of attractive features. You do get a chance to see some pretty wild thumbnails, which include everything from what our Victorian ancestors laughingly called “self abuse” to full-fledged coitus. Also, you can find additional photos to tantalize you in each performer’s photo gallery, which you can access from their profile page. Generally there are fewer than a half-dozen, but they’re often hardcore, and since there’s something like 3,500+ performers, that adds up to, um, well, a whole lot of free pictures.

What You Get

I like the way Cams2Enjoy is organized. It’s not overly complicated: you’re presented with two sets of checkboxes that let you select the type of performer you want to view (Women, Couples, and Men), and the language you want that performer to speak: Español, Nederlands, Français, Italiano, Deutsch and English (which is Spanish, Dutch, French, Italian, German, and English for all you uneducated philistines). You can pick any or all in each category, and the site will accommodate you. Sadly, though, you can’t filter by ethnicity, nationality, hair-color, or physical attributes, like you can on most other big chat sites (I’m thinking especially of ImLive and iFriends, here). So while there’s lots of variety, there’s not an easy way to access it without flipping through the list of available ladies. Not that that’s a hardship or anything.

Speaking of variety, Cams2Enjoy had more than I would expect from a site based in Belgium. I saw quite a few black girls, Latinas, and Asians, though of course the skin color was mostly white. The selection is extensive, especially if you select for languages other than English. Even if you don’t, you’ll still get dozens of ladies to choose from, and often over 100. Most of these ladies also speak other languages, but they don’t appear to be repeated in the other language categories if you select for them. Instead, the ladies who speak only French, German, Dutch, etc. are placed in those categories.

Other Details

From a technical standpoint, Cams2Enjoy gets high marks. The video appears to be medium- to high-quality, and some chat hosts offer sound as well as text chat. If the lady uses toys, they’ll tell you that, too.

If you should click avidly on one of the live thumbnails on the site, hoping to get some free, you’re going to be disappointed: it takes you straight to a payment page. You’ve got two horrifying options: pay via your telephone (landline or mobile) at a rate of $2.99 per minute, or pay by credit card at a rate of $1.67 per minute. Obviously, the credit card option is your most reasonable choice. They accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Epassporte, and ClickandBuy (a kind of E-wallet). Well, that’s low enough to make your favorite skinflint break down and buy. What you get is group chat, which is OK for the price. And of course I didn’t stay but a few minutes, cheap as I am, and I’m not going to make this “buying chat” thing any kind of a habit. It might into cut my monthly vintage porn budget, and I can’t have that.

And So….

Cams2Enjoy is a neat little site. However, and this is important in the context of this review site, it has NO FREE TEASER CHAT WHATSOEVER. If you haven’t already twigged to my scheme, I put that all in caps so lazy readers can just skip down to the important part, eschewing my flavorsome purple prose in the process. Bastards. (And I mean that affectionately.) Anyway, the site is on the inexpensive side if you want to pay for it, but it’s not recommended for the die hard free-chat fan.
