Well, here’s a nice, cool drink of water for those of us who love free teaser chat. It’s refreshing to find an adult chat site that so thoroughly comes through on just about everything I stand for on this review site. Now, I’ll admit that I didn’t expect much of EpicCams at first, because frankly, it looked a little boring from the outside. Here’s what I mean.

At first, I had a heckuva time accessing anything, much to my annoyance. But trickster that I am, I managed to get access to the real EpicCams after messing around the site for a bit. Why they’d want to make it difficult, I’ll never know; the second interface is by far the most user friendly, and lots slicker too. For a while I thought that maybe there were two sites called EpicCams, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. The reason I say this is because if you try to leave the site by any means other than clicking on a girlie link, you get sent to this exit page:

This page, by the way, has some nicely erotic stuff on it that I can’t show you here, including superb pictures and some nasty video, consisting of a brief dildo clip and a much longer strip show complete with some self-lovin’ action. While that was an accidental find, it’s an excellent example of the kind of free stuff EpicCams has to offer. Anyhow, if you click the button that says “Click Here to Chat With Me Live,” you’ll get to the real thing:

Although EpicCams does seems vaguely familiar in this format, if it’s a clone of something I’ve already reviewed, so be it. It wouldn’t be the first time that’s happened, now would it? I care only about quality, and EpicCams has it!

All the Lovely Ladies

As you can see, EpicCams is big — as in “more than 10,000 performers” big. There’s a rainbow of ladies available, in all the skin-tone and hair-color senses of the word. The adventurous playa will also find a big batch of guys and couples to entertain themselves with. Unless your interests in women are wildly divergent from mine — and most of the male species, for that matter — then you’re going to find what you’re looking for here. Do you like ‘em young, mature, supersized, skinny, blonde, brunette, redhead, chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, or with nuts and whipped cream? Well, you can get that, though probably not all in the same package. My only regret is that I couldn’t find any Native American girls to rock my totem pole. But there were many, many Latinas, and that’s pretty darn close.

So, about that free stuff? It’s here, too. You can’t get free chat with all the girls, but it’s available for some of them. In my experience, it lasts about five minutes when you can get it, and that’s about all there is; you usually can’t get back on until 24 hours or so have passed. That’s worth a raspberry or two, but it’s not much different that what you’d expect from most sites, like for example LiveJasmin or CumTV or whatever.

HD? What’s This?

Interestingly enough, some of these ladies have little “HD” symbols in front of their names. Does that mean they’re broadcasting in HDTV? That would be cool, wouldn’t it? Maybe it’s the limitations of my computer here, but I didn’t notice that their broadcasts looked all that much better than some of the other girls’. Of course, there was a pretty wide variety of video quality, as you might expect. It was nice and broadbandy, but some of these girls need to learn a thing or two about lighting.

In the event that five minutes of free EpicCams and a nice, hot strip tease just aren’t enough for you, of course you have the option of becoming a member by paying a fee — in this case, a whole dollar. As usual, they’ll want all your private information in exchange, but they don’t quite go so far as to ask you for your mama’s maiden name or your blood type. In any case, membership expands your free chat options tremendously. I’d buy that for a dollar! And actually, I did.

Aside from that dollar, which you never have to pay them again ever, the only money you need spend is in paying the girls to go private. You’ll end up paying midrange rates if you do, usually about $2.15 a minute and up. To load your account, you can use the same credit card that you used to get your lifetime membership. MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Discover and JCB are all accepted. Fair warning: there’s a $75 per day maximum, the very thought of which makes my heart flutter. They’ll get my $75 dollars a day when they pry my cold, dead fingers from around it!

And So It Goes…

In the final analysis, EpicCams turns out to be one of the better sites I’ve seen lately. It’s obviously a clone of something else (though it may not always have been), but it’s got some nice features that render that moot. The little hidden features I’ve mentioned about were damned hot, and even though they’ll get old after a while (after all, there’s only the two videos), they’ll stir up the blood the first few times you visit. And there’s always all that free teaser chat, once you’ve ponied up a dollar. The ladies may be kinda reluctant to get naked for you in free chat, but at the very least you can get to know the girl and get an idea of her sexiness before you take your chances on a private show.
